How to Order RTA Services
RTA Analysis, LLC's services and its inventory reports are available to FINRA broker-dealers which offer Investment Programs to the public through their Financial Advisors. Prior to purchasing a report from RTA's inventory or requesting that a financial analysis review be conducted on a Sponsor or Investment Program for which there is no existing report, an Analytical Services Agreement must be signed.
After signing the Agreement, the Client may make requests for services by completing the Purchase/Request Form and submitting it via email to RTA.
Sponsor Authorization
RTA requires the applicable Sponsor’s written agreement with regard to the release to a Client of a report on the Sponsor or its Investment Programs. Reports contain and discuss confidential information; therefore, a confidentiality agreement between the Sponsor and the Client will likely be required.
Additionally, if the Client requests that RTA invoice the Sponsor for the applicable fees on the Client’s behalf, the Sponsor must provide advance written agreement to pay such invoice.
