RTA Analysis, LLC
RTA Analysis, LLC (“RTA”) is an Arizona limited liability company formed in 2011 to continue the business activities of RTA Financial Analysis, LLC (“RTAFA”), which was formed in 2007.
RTA Analysis, LLC (and previously RTAFA) performs financial statement analysis and reviews SEC filings to assist its FINRA Broker-Dealer clients in evaluating the performance and financial strength of non-traded real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), business development companies (“BDCs”) and other investment programs and the companies which sponsor them. RTA also analyzes the distribution paying capacity of REITs and BDCs so that its clients can make informed decisions regarding continued participation in an investment program’s offering or monitor the performance of a previously-offered program.
RTA’s managing members are Rose M. Thomas and Mercedes G. Johnson, who each have more than 30 years' financial analysis experience. They were previously business partners for approximately 20 years, as co-owners of Rose Thomas & Associates, Inc. (d.b.a. RTA Investment Research). Throughout its history of serving retail broker-dealers, Rose Thomas & Associates, Inc. was the premier (and only truly-independent) provider of due diligence-type research and analysis on Investment Programs and their sponsors.
