The Company’s focus is on non-traded REITs (real estate investment trusts) and BDCs (business development companies). RTA helps broker-dealers satisfy their obligation of ongoing due diligence during continued participation in an offering. RTA specializes in financial and performance analysis, and in-depth analysis of financial strength of the Investment Program and its sponsor is critcal, as is analysis of the distribution-paying capacity of the REITs and BDCs.
The Company’s services and this web site are directed toward due diligence, marketing, and compliance officers who are responsible for selecting the securities product offerings of their retail broker-dealer.
